Hello all,
Here are some comments on the March variance reports.
Best,
Gustaaf
-6.4 is missing
-6.4.1: looks good, approved
-6.4.2/3 are missing
-6.5, 6.5.3 look good, approved
-6.5.4.1 looks good but needs to be submitted for me to approve
-6.6 is missing
-6.6.1: about $300k of schedule variance is unexplained in the explanation,
but then shows up in impact. I’ll unlock so you can add a sentence.
-6.6.3: looks good, approved
-6.6.4 is missing
-6.6.5: looks good, approved
-6.8 is missing
-6.8.3: looks good, approved
-6.8.4: looks good, approved, but one question: in the agile world, you
should be able to make the GNN change without incurring a schedule penalty,
no?
-6.10.2 is missing
