Hi all,

Thanks again for your help in preparing our I&I information for the M&O scrubbing. The presentation/discussion went very well. I think we met our goal of getting the updated I&I estimate on Operations' radar screen. They were generally positive with the level of the effort that we're requesting, and the logic behind it, but since the meeting was aimed primarily at the FY24 budget this is not the last word. A few specific points came out of the discussion.

LAr: as expected, they want to have a more detailed discussion with us on possibilities for support of Himmelbach and Liu during the gap period. They recognize the importance of supporting these people and seem willing to try to help.

Tile: Everyone present recognized the importance of Seyedali's contribution to Tile. Since the need for support won't hit in FY24 no specific promises were made, but they were certainly receptive to our arguments.

Muon: They also recognize the importance of the work mounting electronics on sMDTs in FY24 and will work with us to find the most globally effective way to achieve this.Our main action item out of the meeting is to set up a detailed discussion in the near future between the PO and the Operations Managers of the various possibilities. We'll need to make sure this happens quickly...
