U.S. ATLAS HL-LHC Upgrade Level 2 and Deputies-NSF only Management Mailing List

I’m open to skipping the meeting if people post slides about the horrible 
performance in June and what is being done to ensure it doesn’t happen again. 
 We’re rebaselined now, so we need to address it.  I’d like to understand it 
asap and maybe we can then discuss further next week.
