For LAr the SV is dominated by 3 things:

6.4.1
UT Austin is delayed on the ADC by further delays in the delivery of the packaged engineering run chips from JCET. Those chips (1000 parts) were shipped by JCET yesterday, which should get things moving again.

6.4.2
Columbia has been delayed on testing the FEB2 Prototype due to the need to update the BNL-provided FELIX firmware/software needed to control and configure the board. We are making progress using a "back-door" I2C access, but it is slow. BNL hopes to deliver the FELIX updates by next week, which will greatly help.

6.4.3
75% of the SV at SBU is due to M&S payments for the PCB fab and assembly of the v2 SRTM and SRTMtester boards. Both boards were delayed a few weeks, but are now in PCB fab., so should recover soon.

John

I’m open to skipping the meeting if people post slides about the horrible
performance in June and what is being done to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
We’re rebaselined now, so we need to address it. I’d like to understand it
asap and maybe we can then discuss further next week.

Is today's NSF mtg going to happen? A number of us are at the US ATLAS
workshop at Yale this week.

Hello all,
The June CPR for NSF was putrid: $550k in negative schedule variance. On
Thursday we’d like to get some explanation from LAr, Muon and Trigger and
expectations going forward. I set up an indico so people can post slides:
