Hello all,

I have approved most of the submitted variance reports.  A few 
comments/exceptions:

-6.4*: all good

-6.5.4 is missing - it looks like Haleh may have let her BNL ID expire?  
Maybe she can send her VR to Penka so it can be entered while she is 
resolving the issue?

-6.6.3: “The cost variance is due to less effort spent on miniDAQ and TDC 
tests on new mezz cards due to delays from other institutions” how does a 
delay lead to a positive cost variance?  Note that this text should be 
removed anyway as the variance is below 100k.  I have unlocked this.
-6.6.4: you forgot the impact and CR for the schedule variance. I have 
unlocked this.
-6.6.5: I’ve approved, but if the v2 prorotypes are the same as 
pre-production, aren’t they pre-production (as should be the case after FDR 
approval)?

-6.8 is missing
-6.8.3 is good
-6.8.4 is missing
