Hi all,

Stephanie requested at our meeting yesterday that I provide a template for the I&I Impact Statements we'll need to create as part of putting together our updated NSF I&I budget. I've tried to put something together here, but realize that it's unlikely that a one-size-fits-all approach will work. So - I wrote down some general thoughts about issues that should be addressed in the documents.

These thoughts are still quite rough and it would be very useful to gather your impressions of them. Please send any comments/questions you might have to this list and we'll try to converge to a useful set of guidelines.
