Hi all,

Based on input from the US ATLAS NSF Upgrade managers, I have prepared draft versions of the plans and budget request for NSF-funded Installation, Integration, and Commissioning activities associated with US ATLAS Upgrade MREFC deliverables. We will discuss these in detail at the M&O budget scrubbing on July 16-17 at Stony Brook. But I wanted to give all of you a first look at what we've come up with in advance of the meeting. Please have a look over the following and let me know if you have any questions or comments:

1. slides describing the strategy, plans, and request

2. resource loaded spreadsheet with schedule details
