Hello all,

    I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving!

    Unfortunately I again have another commitment
tomorrow at our usual 1 pm time, so I am cancelling
tomorrow's weekly meeting.  However, each L3 has
URGENT homework to complete, as discussed below.

1. checking of RLS update
        Each L3 needs to carefully check their sections
in a number of files, related to the (just completed)
process of "truing up" the RLS, at least up until
the MREFC transition on April 1/2020.  Let me know
within a few days of any problems.  The files are
a new Scrubbing Report (dated 11/20), as well as
corresponding "Cobra Diff" and "P6 Diff" files.
        I will forward an email from Heidi with
those files attached.  Note that the Scrubbing Report
covers both NSF and DOE, while there are
separate Diff reports for NSF and DOE.  I will also
forward an email from Penka with the Cobra Diff
report for DOE, modified to remove the preMREFC/MREFC
distinction; Hong and Hao should use Penka's
version of that file.

2. Status reports
        I will also forward another email from
Penka, with information about the Cost and Schedule
performance reports from the September status exercise.
This report can be downloaded from docdb 624.  Each
L3 should check their performance measures, and
examine the causes of their non-optimal values (if
that is indeed the case).  We can discuss this more
in our next mtg.
        Note that the next statusing will already
use the updated RLS, so it should hopefully bring
things back closer to being on time.
