U.S. ATLAS HL-LHC Upgrade LAr Level 2 and Level 3 Managers Mailing List

Hi all,

        We need to provide new statusing information, this
time through Nov. 30.  The mechanism has been improved, and
is now done via a Google spreadsheet that we all share
for LAr.  You access the LAr status spreadsheet at
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1x2BXivg80VIWg2rp8l4UoiwJ9-WRZucGPK7nfxH8R-Q/edit?usp=sharing.
        Penka provided a few slides with some
instructions, attempting to clarify some of the issues
people had when we filled out the status through September.
I attach those slides.  You should read carefully through
the slides, and then fill out the relevant updates for your
L3 in the shared spreadsheet.  The new sheet uses our updated
RLS, so that should also help simplify the process.
        We are asked to fill this out by the end of this
week, so (as usual) the request is urgent. Let me know when
you have completed your part, and also if you have any
questions.
