Hi all,

        I am happy to report that the BCPs for
updating the LAr NSF and DOE scope were well
received by the Change Control Board (CCB), which
recommended their approval. You can find the
final version of the BCP documents on the
Indico page of today's CCB meeting, at
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/5434/.
        Once the formal approval process is
complete, we will officially be working
with the updated RLS as our new baseline.
Thanks to everyone for their hard work
producing this updated RLS, which is an
important milestone in our work.
