Hello all,

        I spent most of the flight back to NY poring
over the latest Scrubbing Report.  I sent you all a
copy of the Scrubbing Report previously, but attach
it again just in case, so that
we are all referring to the same version.
        I went over all the various L3s, and made
detailed comments/suggestions.  I attach a Word file
with my comments.
        We urgently need to converge on the schedule,
so please go over your section asap, over the weekend
if at all possible.  Let me know your feedback as
soon as you can, preferably by Monday.
