Hello all,

How is everyone coming on the Scrubbing Report
changes? I will meet tomorrow with Heid, right after
our 1 pm mtg, to get in the "last" changes that we
will be able to implement for a while. The highest
priority will be on changes that have a significant
impact on the overall schedule and/or cost. In
particular I need from Tim a proposal to shorten
the ADC to avoid delaying FEB2 Preproduction, and a
proposal from Hucheng/Hao about shortening BE
to avoid delaying the BEC test. I hope you can still
get those to me today, or during our 1 pm mtg
tomorrow at the latest. Other changes should also
be prepared, and I will get in as much as I can with
Heidi tomorrow, in some prioritized order.
Kj, I see you sent Heidi a very long list
of changes. I need a key to the color code so I
can try understand it. A lot of it will likely
have to wait to be implemented, but it is good
you have it ready.

Regards,
John

Hello all,

I spent most of the flight back to NY poring
over the latest Scrubbing Report.  I sent you all a
copy of the Scrubbing Report previously, but attach
it again just in case, so that
we are all referring to the same version.
I went over all the various L3s, and made
detailed comments/suggestions.  I attach a Word file
with my comments.
We urgently need to converge on the schedule,
so please go over your section asap, over the weekend
if at all possible.  Let me know your feedback as
soon as you can, preferably by Monday.
    Regards,
        John
