Dear All,

We are now implementing the second step in the monthly statussing 
process – validation of the monthly status.

The performance validation reports have been uploaded to docdb 770.

Please review the report for your system/control account.

Here are the things you need to pay attention to

 1. Is the **percent complete** correct?
 2. Are the completed activities entered into P6 as expected?
 3. Is the **expected finish** date (if you have provided on) correct?

The reports are really short so we expect that you will be able to 
review and provide feedback by 10am eastern tomorrow morning.

After that time we will be integrating the status into Cobra to generate 
the April CPR.

P.S. FYI **BL Start** is the Baseline start or the start date in the 
master schedule. **WS Start** is the working schedule start or actual 
start date. The vertical blue line in the Gantt chart represents the 
reporting period cutoff date in the schedule (April 30, 2019).
