Hi Tim, all,

 

                I attach a commented version of your BCP.

 

                Everyone should note I am meeting with Heidi Monday

morning to try sort out why the preMREFC delta did not

reduce as expected with the last changes.  It seems there

was a bug in how the division was made between preMREFC

and MREFC in the Diff tables.  So, we are expecting a

new Diff on Monday, so numbers might shift around a bit.

BCP. I did this for 6.04.01 altogether (ie, not by institute). Let me

know if this looks like the right amount of detail. I used the diff

report and RLS to help fill in the numbers.

As I was doing this I think I found something wrong with the diff

report. For example, I looked for the diff for the ADC production costs.

It should show up in the "By resource" tab, but doesn't. I check

"Summary_total delta by WP" tab and there I see no change. It is the

_correct_, _new_ value, so that is fine (as it is in the RLS). I think

what happened is that Heidi diff'ed the "half" updated RLS with the

final RLS. So at the least this is a $300k to the good change in my diff

numbers. Of course, there are other differences, so I don't know what

the end result would be. Is it too late to get a new diff report?
