I think we should be cautious here.  There is, as far as I am aware,
no FORMAL decision to go with a monolithic LASP.  Certainly the
testboard is being done that way, with the argument that Phase 1 is
the "test case" for mezzanine.  Formally a decision will be taken
after that.  It is clear people are going toward deciding monolithic,
but if there is a problem found that could still be changed.
