All approved schedule changes for LAr, Tile, Muon, Trigger, are included

in the May status sheets.

 

Please remember to update the status online – DO NOT download the files.

 

The reports are at L2. The reports contain activities for May-December

2019 in case some activities have started earlier. You can filter for

your CAM name in column D.

 

Please provide status in columns L, M, N, and O. Make sure that you

enter the actual start date for all started activities and finish date

for all activities that are 100% completed, this information is crucial

when we update the schedule in P6. If the activity is completed but you

do not remember the exact start and finish dates you can enter your best

estimate or copy the dates from the baseline start and finish dates (BL

Project Start/BL Project Finish). Do NOT enter dates after May 31, 2019

in actual start/finish dates, this will confuse the system.

 

In addition Gantt charts with activities in the current period

(highlighted in yellow) have been generated and posted in docdb 734.

 

Please complete the status reports by Tuesday, June 4.

 

We expect that the L2 managers and deputies will notify us (Penka,

Heidi, Carrie, Jenn) as soon as the status for their system is complete.
