Hi all,

        I learned today from the PO that the NSF ICE
plans are changing.  The Army Corps has struggled in
the "phase 1" work (including the LAr ADC), and so it
has been decided to change the documentation.  BOEs
will NOT be included!  That is a big change, so everyone
should put on hold getting back to the preparations
for ICE.  We will get new instructions from the PO
about what/how to prepare the docs.  Also, a new target
date is July 15 (instead of June 15, which was instead
of the original May 15).  So, this is a moving target,
and therefore wait for further instructions before
working any more on the ICE preparations.
