Hello all,

Some BOE revisions will be needed for the NSF FDR:

-all mentions of "uncosted" labor need to be corrected to "scientific" labor
-if a BOE covers multiple institutions, ensure that all tables 
explicitly identify which institution is responsible for the costs
-most BOE tables will need to be updated: for many institutions rates 
needed to be adjusted to get the 1030s signed, so we will re-run all 
cost books.

The deadline for posting is August 16, expect the next two weeks to 
require the majority of your time to be dedicated to document preparation.

We will be preparing a full list of to-do items, and expect to send that 
out early next week.
