L2/Deputies –

A number of you have requested that we try to schedule the simultaneous 
submission of the monthly report sections and the RLS statussing; we 
have finally been able to turn to this between reviews. Given agency and 
a variety of other constraints, the plan below is more or less the only 
option, but we believe it can work.

We would like to discuss and decide on it this coming week in 
preparation for its project-wide implementation – i.e., for both the DOE 
and NSF subsystems -- *beginning with the August statussing and monthly 
report. ***

few days, as needed --

Jon, for the PO

  * *Both (a) the status sheets and (b) the call for monthly report
    subsections will be distributed on the 20^th  of each month.*
  * *Both are due back to the PO no later than the 26^th  of that month. *
  * There is a significant amount of work to do once this information is
    submitted to the PO -- in order to allow sufficient time to
    integrate the information and meet all external
    requirements/deadlines, the 26^th  is a hard date.
  * Note that the deadline for consideration of monthly accruals/actuals
    will remain the 8^th of each month.
