Hello all,

With the new documentation, MPR, the ACE subcontractor that performs the 
Independent Cost Estimate, was able to get some usable results.  We will 
therefore continue with this model, and it is now time to finalize the 
new documentation packages for the other deliverables.

Attached is the ICE worksheet you completed.  Please put together the 
new packages in docdb: *one "docdb document" per L3*, containing all the 
files needed for them to get quotes, ie everything listed in the 
spreadsheet, but NOT the TDRs.  (We will add those on our side.)  Please 
*name the docdb document "ICE Phase 2 6.x.y"* (with x and y the relevant 
numbers).

This is due by *COB next Friday, August 9*.
