L2s, in case you hadn’t seen this, this is the final FDR charge from 
Mark Coles – essentially the same as DR, but some minor tweaks. L2s 
please pass on as needed to L3s and any others.

Dear Mike and Anders

Following last week’s Director’s Review, I’ve edited the FDR charge very 
slightly for clarity:

  * I removed the full life-cycle cost criteria since that is being
    moved to the separate review on Sept. 30 – Oct. 1.
  * I included a request that ATLAS and CMS limit their breakout
    presentations to no more than half of the 3 hour block allotted to
    each level 2 WBS.
  * I made minor wording changes to improve readability throughout the
    first 3 pages.

Please let me know if  you have any questions. I would like to share the 
charge with the FDR review panels soon.
