Hi,

Thanks. A few comments:

-6.4.3:
*please remove the large procurement spreadsheet
*in the srtm-BOM, you have a row "Miscellaneous (JTAG conn, caps, resistors, …)" which is of course difficult to use for a cost estimate. Could you separate things like JTAG connector, and then just give an estimate of the number of resistors and caps? (Same for the srtm-tester-BOM)
*assembly-request file: in the second paragraph there's something wrong with the sentence: "to the sRTM.the same ". I also think you should delete "For the project costs where the number of sRTM boards differed slightly from the requests above, we kept the NRE the same, kept the per board cost the same, and scaled to the number of boards."

-6.4.1: doc 926: I don't think this is what you meant to upload for ICE. These are quotes.

Best,

Gustaaf

The ICE files for lpGBT and VL+ are in docdb 926 and for
BE in 923.  (I have not had time to go over these yet.)

Hi Gustaaf,

FEB2 is in docdb 919.  Andy is working with John H.
on is, and should hopefully be done soon.  I assume Tim
is off the hook?  Given they came off by factor 31 (!!)
for ADC, I don't see any point asking them to do an ICE
for lpGBT and VL+.

Hello all,

We are still missing:
-all of LAr
-L0Calo

Here are some comments for the ones that have been uploaded:

General:
-please add a document (eg some slides from the FDR talks) giving some idea of what the item is, including the WBS dictionary and radiation tolerance criteria; short is good, but we need O(5 slides) typically
-if a specifications document exists, please add it

Specific:
-sMDT: please remove all the quotes (p6+) and remove all the references to costs and quotes from the text.  Add the specification document.
-TDC: is there a NIEL spec?  SEUs?
-CSM: in the BOM, for FEAST, GBTx and GBT-SCA, should we replace "by UMich" with "Procured from CERN"?
-HTT: please provide the BOMs in excel, as we do that for all others. Do you want to take a shot at the number of items in the netlist to give an idea of board complexity?

Thanks,

Gustaaf
