I’m sure you all are aware but a minor clarification, we are asking you 
to not enter actual start/finish dates after August 31, 2019 in columns 
M and N (not after July 31, 2019).

Please remember to update the status online – DO NOT download the files.

The reports are at L2. The reports contain activities for July 
2019-September 2020 in case some activities have started earlier. You 
can filter for your CAM name in column D.

Please provide status in columns L, M, N, and O. Make sure that you 
enter the actual start date for all started activities and finish date 
for all activities that are 100% completed, this information is crucial 
when we update the schedule in P6. If the activity is completed but you 
do not remember the exact start and finish dates you can enter your best 
estimate or copy the dates from the baseline start and finish dates (BL 
Project Start/BL Project Finish). Do NOT enter dates after July 31, 2019 
in actual start/finish dates (columns M and N) , this creates errors in 
P6. Also do not write any notes in the spreadsheet, we may add a column 
for comments in the future.

Please complete the July status update by */Monday, August 26/*.

We expect that the L2 managers and deputies will notify us (Penka, 
Heidi, Carrie, Jenn) as soon as the status for their system is complete.
