Good evening!

Please see the instructions below to obtain BNL VPN Account Access. You 
will need to have a guest number in order to proceed with the request. 
If you do not have a guest number, please register with the GUV center 
using the following link: https://www.bnl.gov/guv/gis.php. Once you have 
your guest number, please proceed with the following instructions:
1. Before creating your BNL account, ITD will need you to take the Cyber 
Security Training and a signed Computer User Agreement. Please go to the 
link here for the training:
https://www.bnl.gov/guv/training/remote-user/. It will take at least 24 
hours for ITD to note on your records that you have finished the Cyber 
Security Training.
2. The day after finishing the Cyber Security training, fill out the 
following online form to request for your BNL Domain Account and VPN 
Access: https://bnlprod.service-now.com/account_request.do
· For the account request – after filling out your name, guest ID and 
email address, answer for “Is this request for a guest, visitor or RCF 
member?” Select “Yes.”
· For the question “Is this request for an Exchange Email or Office 365 
Suite?” Select “No.”
· On “Account Type(s) Requested” click on “BNL Domain Account.”
· Under “Comments,” request that you also need a VPN Access account.
· ITD will create a BNL account for you (Username AT bnl.gov) and that will 
give you VPN Access. (This might take at least 3-5 days for IT to set 
this up for you).
3. You will get an email from ITD giving your BNL Username and Password 
to get into the BNL site.
4. Once you have your username and password, you will need to download 
the DUO Authenticator App into your phone as well as the Cisco 
AnyConnect into your laptop/Desktop.
· Once you have downloaded the DUO App into your phone, to connect your 
DUO to the BNL Account, please go to this website: https://www.bnl.gov/duo/
· All information and instructions on how to enter via the VPN as well 
as downloading the specific Cisco Client for your computer will be in 
the following link:
