Hi all,

At a meeting this afternoon with the PO, it was announced that for November (as for October) they want variance reports only at L2. So, the good news is that you do NOT need to write variance reports for November (sorry Hong, since you have already done so!). Instead, you will hear from me if I need some info from you to write my L2 variance report. (The same might apply again in December; I will keep you posted as things develop.)
