Hi all,

Just to let you know that the PO determined it was too late at this stage to "undo" the rate change at UT Austin that led to the need for NSF approval for the most recent LAr NSF BCP. Therefore, we will go ahead with the BCP as presented, and I wrote the additional documentation needed for the NSF approval and sent it to the PO.
