Here are the instructions for providing feedback to the project controls 
team.

The sheets are based on the October status working schedule. They are 
similar to the status sheets but have some differences.

In the sheets there are 2 tabs

 1. In-progress activities
 2. Not started activities that have baseline dates between April 1,
    2020 and March 31, 2021

For activities **in-progress**

As described in the Gustaaf’s presentation (attached) these activities 
will be split – the first activity will have baseline start as in the 
current schedule and completion date of October 31, 2020. The second 
activity will have the same description with **(2)** at the end. 
Therefore we are not asking you to add new activity but rather provide 
information for this new activity in columns Q, R, S, T.

Planned units of the first activity will be calculated based on 
**Planned Units**(column N) minus **Remaining Units**(column O).

For **Not started** activities.

If you know how their durations/start/finish dates have changed please 
provide this is columns P, Q, R, S. If you don’t have information leave 
them as they are. Only change effort and/or duration if task will be 
done in near future (< 6 months)

Keep in mind that activities with baseline start date before November 1, 
2020 should be moved after Nov 1 otherwise we will get schedule variance 
once we start statussing the updated schedules.

If you know that travel will not happen add comment in column U so we 
know that the activity should be deleted.

We would like to get feedback as soon as possible but not later than 
Wednesday, Nov 11.
