Dear L2's,

Happy New Year.  It is time again for the quarterly risk review which we 
propose to hold during the CCB meeting time slot on Tuesday Jan 26.  As 
these reviews are becoming more streamlined, we think we can cover all 
systems in one meeting (10 min per subsystem). The agenda page is here:

As usual, please prepare a few slides covering:

  * Changes in risks since the last risk review (October 2019)
  * Potential changes to risks in the next 3 months, e.g.
      o changes to probability/impact of existing risks
      o existing risks that could be realized or that need to be watched
        carefully
      o introduction of new risks, or even just speaking to the things
        that are worrying you these days
      o risks that might be retired
  * This is also an opportunity for general housekeeping of the RR, e.g.
    updating anticipated risk retirement dates
