Hi John,

I’ve put version 1 of my draft slides on the agenda: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/11890/.

There aren’t too many changes, just three reduction in risk in the ADC. These reflect the changes we discussed before the AAR that are in the ATLAS risk register now. On the optics side I didn’t change anything, but I think that is correct.

Best, Tim

Hi all,

Our risk scrubbing for NSF is on for next Friday in our usual timeslot
beginning at 12:30 pm EDT.  I suggest we prepare the slides for the 3
NSF L3s with any changes highlighted and send them to the PO by Wed. at
the latest, in order to give a chance for some advance interactions and
keep the actual in-person meeting short.  Tim/Andy, let me know when you
have your draft slides ready.  We should discuss together the proposed
changes before sending them on to the PO.
I created an Indico page for Friday's meeting at
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/11890/.

FYI, in response to the question about how to handle the "worldwide
ASIC shortage" issue in the Risk Register, the PO replied that this is
considered a COVID-related risk and therefore we should NOT include it
in our LAr RR entries.

Regards,
John
