The reports have the baseline dates and the working schedule dates from 
June 2021 status.

We have included activities with baseline (BL) start date between March 
1, 2021 and February 28, 2022. Activities **completed**, **In 
progress**, and **not started** are included. As you may remember for 
completed and in-progress activities you can update the effort (labor 
hours and material cost) since the project has not been baselined yet. 
In the previous BCPs activities that had BL dates in the past but have 
not started were synched with the working schedule start/finish dates. 
This time we added column N in which we ask you to indicate if the delay 
of **Not started** activities is COVID related (Yes/No). For activities 
in progress you can update durations, finish dates, and effort. Please 
include any material cost increases due to COVID related Vendor 
restrictions.

For the near future activities – August-February – if you expect any 
COVID-related delays please also indicate these in columns O, P, Q, R. 
As in the past only delays related to COVID-19 should be included (some 
subjectivity is anticipated).

Please provide your input by *Tuesday, August 3.*

Once this is available the project controls will update the schedules 
and will start working individually with the CAMs to resolve any issues 
related to logic, durations, effort, etc.

The goal is to complete the next COVID-19 BCP by August 20^th .
