Hi all,

	Just got home for the airport, and replaced my draft slides with an 
updated version I worked on during the flight.  Comments are welcome. 
(again,  I put them on the Indico page for now just for convenience.  I 
will delete them Monday morning and post to docdb the version to be 
released to the committee.)
