Thank you again for serving on this review committee and evaluating 
HL-LHC US ATLAS project status and plans. We have new member of the 
committee, Karl Ecklund, who stepped in to replace unavailable committee 
member. Thank you Karl!

A few notes

  * All material updated for this status review may be found under the
    headings “Review Committee Materials” and “Project Documentation”.
    The sole exception is the “Cost Estimating Plan” under the
    “Management Documentation” heading, which has also been updated.  In
    keeping with the nature of such a status review, all other
    information under “Management Documentation” and “Additional
    Material” – PMP, PEP, TDRs, etc. -- may be of interest to you, but
    should be treated as essentially archival.
  * The presentations can be found under the first major heading “Review
    Committee Materials” at the “Indico Presentations” link.  You might
    want to consider starting with these.
  * The breakout talks are ~ 30’ in duration. These talks are under one
    Indico heading on Monday afternoon for each subsystem. They are
    intended to provide the basis for the breakouts on Monday afternoon
    and all-day Tuesday.
  * The material under the “Project Documentation” heading contains the
    suite of updated project material for this review:  cost books, risk
    register, BoEs, KPPs, etc.
  * Several talks remain to be uploaded but most everything should be up
    by tonight (December 6) or early tomorrow morning – any changes that
    might be made after that time will be incremental.
