Hi all,

	The DoE DR this week went well.  Thanks again for Hong and Hao for 
their excellent L3 presentations and responses to questions!  I attach 
the draft of the closeout document from the committee (note that this 
version is not final, but I don't expect any significant changes wrt LAr).
	While writing, let me also cancel tomorrow's weekly mtg, to give 
everyone a well-deserved break after the intense run-up to the review.
