Hi all,

	It has proven very difficult to schedule the DoE CD-2/3 review, so Jon 
has prepared a new doodle poll with weeks from end of August through end 
of November.  I need Hong and Hao to let me know asap which weeks are 
NOT possible for them.  After collecting those and my own availability, 
I will fill out the poll for the LAr group. We are asked to be as 
flexible as possible, given the importance of getting this baseline 
review passed as soon as possible.

Below, please find the link to a DOODLE poll for the weeks of August 29 
through November 28, 2022, inclusive, for scheduling the CD-2/3 review.  
Please fill it out with your teams as soon as possible – as before, one 
entry per system. As I mentioned yesterday, the OPA calendar is filling 
up quite rapidly lately -- they’re already booked through next summer.  
We want to identify a slot as soon as possible.

Also, a reminder that we’ve all agreed put aside the week of June 27, 
2022 for a Director’s Review in preparation for a fall CD-2/3.  We’ll 
nail down specific days in the near future.  Please make sure you and 
your teams mark your calendars.
