Hi all,

	I just wanted to send out best wishes to you and your families as we 
enter the holiday period!  It has obviously been a very challenging 
period in many ways.  Despite all that, we have continued to make good 
progress and you have all continued to be a pleasure to work with!
	I hope you will get some well-deserved downtime in the next couple of 
weeks, and time to enjoy with friends and family.  Stay well and safe!
