Hi All,
After a bit of iteration, we've settled on the following schedule for supply-chain risk scrubbing:
DAQ: Monday, April 18 @ 4 PM EDT
LAr: Friday, April 22 @ 12:30 PM EDT
Strips: Monday, April 25 @ 12:30 PM EDT
Pixel: Thursday, April 28 @ 12:00 PM EDT
We expect each session to last ~1 hour. Please let me know ASAP in case you can no longer make the above time slot.
Thanks!
Chris

*Subject:* DOE Supply Chain Risk Scrubbing
Dear DOE L2s and Deputy L2s,
In addition to the risk workshop for "standard" risks, we need to take a closer look at the supply chain risks (previously COVID risks) in preparation for the upcoming director's review. This would optimally be done in a *~1 to 1.5 hour risk scrubbing for each system* during the weeks of April 18–22 and April 25–29.
Would you please communicate with your L3s and respond to me with several time slots that work for you during those weeks? *Please let me know by the end of this week (April 8)* so I can create the agendas.
As a reminder, the (eventually unused) DOE risks from the previous round are in docDB here:

*Subject:* DOE Risk Review on April 19
Dear DOE L2s and Deputy L2s,
As previously alluded to, we'd like to have a quarterly DOEriskreview, which we propose to hold during the CCB meeting time slot on*Tuesday, April 19^th *. As these reviews are becoming more streamlined, we think we can cover all systems in one meeting (10 min per subsystem). The agenda page is here:
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/15347/ <https://indico.bnl.gov/event/15347/>
I've uploaded theRiskRegister Pointer slides from March 15^th in case it's helpful to reference them when putting together your slides. As usual, please*prepare a few slides of your own*covering:
* Changes inrisks since the lastriskreview
* Updated tasks affected (to make sure it is something in the future)
as well as clear descriptions of what to do in case of multiple
tasks affected (rare)
* Updated comments to clearly describe cost/duration uncertainties
* Potential changes torisks in the next 3 months, e.g.
*
o changes to probability/impact of existingrisks
o existingrisks that could be realized or that need to be watched
carefully
o introduction of newrisks, or even just speaking to the things
that are worrying you these days
o risks that might be retired
* This is also an opportunity for general housekeeping of the RR, e.g.
updating anticipatedriskretirement dates
Theriskregister in docDB has been updated to v68:

Any issues, please let us know.
- Your friendly PO
