A nice note from the PO congratulating everyone on the great work they have been doing, and the resultant very successful CD-2/3 review!

Hello all,
Passing a baseline review is a major achievement. In addition to the technical progress that motivates us, it requires a very detailed plan and cost estimate, and a deep understanding of the associated management tools and agency requirements. The committee took its role very seriously and dove into significant detail, and all its questions were well-answered. Baseline reviews remain (thankfully) infrequent, but I don’t think any of us in the project office have ever seen one (as reviewees or reviewers) passed with such brio. The recommendations we received all essentially say “keep up the good work and stick to your plan.”
Everybody on the team deserves credit for helping put together the building blocks leading to this excellent result. Please make sure they know it. We look forward to continuing doing everything we can to help deliver this upgrade successfully.
The PO
