                Hucheng explained the difference in wafer cost.  The previous quote was for 8” wafers, and now we are making 12” wafers.   So per area, the cost did not go up very much.

 

                On the other hand, 50 12”-wafer has a lot more chips than 75 8”wafers. So that is why it ended up costing more.  ($47k vs $80k)
