OK, my other constraint converged more rapidly than expected, so I can 
already say now that I would like to start our meeting tomorrow 30 
minutes early, ie. at 12 noon NY time.  Hopefully everyone can make the 
slightly earlier time, but anyone who cannot can connect at the usual 
12:30 time and get caught up then.
