Hi all,

We are in the process of requesting additional funding from NSF to get 
everyone fully funded through FY24.
When putting together our official request amount, we would like to take 
into consideration the possibility of pre-funding some of the large 
procurement items that may be supply chain risks if we have to wait for 
funding at a later time.

If this pertains to you or your system, could you put together a 
theoretical requirement, with some detail 1. what you would like to 
order early, 2. the amount, 3. the timing for the order.

It's not clear that this will be approved, but we would like to at least 
put this on the table for consideration.

Please send back your list, or let me know if you have no need for early 
orders at this time.
