Dear L2's and Deputies,

This is a reminder that we are required to submit the NSF annual review 
covering the period from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024. In order 
to get it to NSF in a timely way before their deadline, I would like to 
get the following narratives for the NSF Annual Report from you by 
Friday October 11, 2024 or before. I will need to get the report to NSF 
before the end of October, but they usually like to see it before the 
deadline of October 31, 2024, hence the above Oct 11 deadline for your 
inputs. For your convenience you can find a copy of the last annual 
report in DocDB #1036.

Narratives needed from the L2s:

  1.  Summary of US work accomplished for 10/1/23-9/30/24 - using the 
format in the previous report. Photos are welcome.
  2.  Brief summary of International ATLAS Overview for that period
  3.  Update section on Retention of Materials and Tooling in support 
of Operations if needed
  4.  Plans for FY25 (bulleted list is fine)

I will provide the financial information (i.e. what is from page 29 on 
in the old report). I would prefer the narratives in Word (but if that 
is not possible plain text will do).
