A reminder to Tim, Andy and myself that the VAR are due this Friday. Please complete them asap, no later than Thursday, so that we can avoid being late. As usual, let me know when you have filed your VAR.

Also take note of Gustaaf's comments below and make sure your VAR is informative and will withstand scrutiny.

Hello all,

As you can see from the CPR the schedule variance for NSF scope went up by $1M this month, putting us at an overall SPI of 0.88. If this were DOE, this would most likely trigger a review to examine the corrective actions the project is taking. I suspect NSF will not ask for a review. However, they will have questions, so please make sure all CAMs explain in their variance reports in a quantified way when we can expect these schedule variances to go down.
