I think the pre-MREFC is not removed from the NSF February CPR.

The plots in IPD show 6,345,723,

Hi all,



              Tim noticed some issues with the Feb. CPR report for LAr 
NSF scope, wherein things are not adding up properly.  I attach the Feb. 
and Jan.

reports.

              Here is an illustration of the problem, looking at row 8 
(L2):



- in the Feb. report, the WS for the current period is $246.6k, bringing 
the cumulative WS to $14.711M.



- however, in the Jan. report, the cumulative WS is only $11.543M



One would expect the cumulative WS in Feb. to be the sum of that in Jan.

PLUS the WS for the current period of Feb., namely 11.543+246 or around 
$11.789M.  Instead it is over $3M higher than that!!??



Also, the problem does not ONLY exist at L2, but exists also lower in 
the CPR table.



It appears there was some problem when making the Feb. CPR.  Please take 
a look and let us know what you find.  We have only a few days until the 
Feb. VARs are due, so this is quite urgent.
