Dear NSF L2 managers,

On Friday March 14 Jim Shank et al succeeded in their request to fund 
the FY25 (Q3+Q4) ATLAS request. That means we received our full request 
of $6.9M and in addition NSF provided $3M in formal contingency 
authorization through June 2025 to keep the contingency balance positive 
(anything beyond that will depend on a completed risk analysis). We will 
begin meeting with all subawardees to allocate the rest of the FY25 
funding based on the January RLS. All this is good news, particularly 
during these uncertain times.
