Hi John,

I noticed that on the critical path chart, slide 41 in the backup, ADC production tasks in UTAU are on the critical path.

So be careful with the statement on slide 23  “Critical Path runs through FEB2 production and QC testing”.  It needs to be qualified that the ADC schedule in P6 is incorrect.

I think this is because your last 25% FEB2 assembly requires the 100% completion at UTAU (task FEB21600 through FEB21545R and FEE20940).   Since we know the UTAU testing schedule in the working schedule is too pessimistic,   I believe you can gain 2 months if the ADC production QC is completed in FY26 as expected.    But there is not much you can do to P6 now.

                Best,

                Hong.

Right about the optical/electrical paths.

We used the stratix dev kit at nyu, with a standard 100Gb QSFP adapter.

        - thx, I will add this figure.  I assume Stratix to SRTM is optical,
SRTM to SRTM Tester is electrical(?), and Tester back to Stratix is
optical again?
        - Also, by "Stratix" you mean devkit or LASP Preprototype?

        - there are labels on the figure itself (admittedly a bit small, but I
think visible)

        - right, the PO "froze P6" for this review just before the U Az BCP, so
it is not included in these slides
