Thanks Tim. I sent the bottom one to Tuts to include in the Annual Report. I presume you have set this up in a way where you could easily update it in a couple weeks just before the report is due?

A few minor formatting suggestions for the future (no urgency):

- a lot of space is needed around the plot, to fit the title, legend, etc. It would be nicer to have a smaller "bounding box" around the actual plot. Here are a few ideas:
- a good place to move the legend is in the upper left of the plot itself, like I did on the FEB plot I sent
- move the title and axes closer to the plot

- you could reduce the space needed for the legend; for eg., "Total Number of Assemblies received at SMU" --> "Assemblies Delivered to SMU" and similar for the others.

- reorder the legend from top to bottom to match the order of the lines in the plot. ie. start with "1700 Assemblies Needed" (or whatever the exact number is), then "Delivered to SMU (planned)", and "Delivered to SMU (actual)", then testing, etc.

- maybe you should a "Failed" line? Also, not sure there is a sensible "Expected Passed" line, since a priori we don't know the yield

- add finer y-axis grid lines, every 100, since it is hard to visually "interpolate" between 500. You could also then likely change the upper y-range to 1800.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for this.  I give a few suggestions below.

                John

- the plot should extend out until the end of the delivery
- concerning the "expected", I think you should show 35/week, which is
what is in the CC quote (which they are so far out-performing)
- I would suggest to add some other curves, to include VTRx+ delivered
from CERN to CC, reconnectorized fiber assemblies delivered from CC to
SMU, fiber assemblies tested at SMU, and (eventually) fiber assemblies
delivered from SMU to Columbia

- I give in the attachment as an example what I did for the original FEB

Let me know what you think, suggestions welcome. I’ll use something similar for the ADC. It’s easy to update for the report.

Best, Tim

A reminder the NSF annual Report is due to Mike tomorrow.  I will read
thorough what I received so far and then send it to him.  @Tim, you were
going to add a fiber "production tracking plot"??  When can I have a
first version?  (we can update it in a few weeks)

Hi John,

Just a reminder that the L2 LAr annual report is due tomorrow – and if
you need to add/change a figure before I send to NSF is fine.

Thanks, Mike
