Dear DOE L2s and Deputy L2s,

We would like to schedule the next DOE risk workshop for Tuesday, March 
10 during the CCB meeting.
In preparation, please prepare slides that focus on:
- Risks that can now be retired.
- New risks that might have come up over the past 6 months, or issues 
that are worrying you these days.
- Large changes in probability or cost/duration uncertainty.
- Updating the task affected so that all tasks associated with risks are 
in the future, and correspondingly the expiration date.
The current risk register in docDB (#196) is v98, and the supply chain 
risk register is v22:
