Hi all,

When filling out the status sheet, I noticed that some tasks I expect to see there seemed to be "missing". I pointed this out to the PO and they checked and found that, as originally posted, the status sheet was not ordered properly by WBS. As a result, some tasks did not appear in the usual place. This issue has been fixed. If you have a chance, please take a quick look again at the status sheet and make sure the previous incorrect ordering did not cause you to miss anything.
Regards,
John

FYI.  The NSF L3s should review their RR entries. I suggest we use our weekly meeting slot on Feb. 13 to review this and discuss any updates that are needed.

(A DOE RR review will take place later in the spring, before it is time to freeze everything to be able to run the MC before the DOE reveiw in May.)

Dear NSF L2s and Deputy L2s,

We would like to schedule the next NSF risk workshop for Tuesday, February 24 during the CCB meeting.
In preparation, please prepare slides that focus on:
- Risks that can now be retired.
- New risks that might have come up over the past 6 months, or issues that are worrying you these days.
- Large changes in probability or cost/duration uncertainty.
- Updating the task affected so that all tasks associated with risks are in the future.
The current risk register in docDB (#196) is v98, and the supply chain risk register is v16:

https://atlas-hllhc.docdb.bnl.gov/0001/000196/119/Risk-Register_Supply- Chain_v22.xlsx <https://atlas-hllhc.docdb.bnl.gov/0001/000196/119/Risk- Register_Supply-Chain_v22.xlsx >

Please look over both for this review. In addition to your slides, please also prepare updated versions of these registers with updated cells highlighted.

Any issues, please let me know.
Reinhard, on behalf of your friendly PO
