We don’t use BGO2 to generate calibration pulse. So multiple clock delays could be useful during data taking for flexibility or contingency cases.

     Very nice talk.  I give a few comments below.

         John

p. 5 - here (and elsewhere) adopt "standard" nomenclature, namely "FEB2 Production System Integration" and "Full Chain System Integration"

p. 6 - should come later, after Technical Progress

p. 7 - FEB2 dB development is in progress (what about SRTM?)

p. 13 - typo "configured"
   - we only need phase adjustment over 25 ns, so saying 3.2 mu-s is confusing?

p. 14 - delete "Two FEB2 in FEC"
- "FEB2 with new cooling block undergoing leak testing"

p. 16 - I think you need to explain what the PDB is, why you need a new
one, ...   (reviewers will likely not know)
   - "extra work not included in 6.4.4" is problematic as is, since it seems like you are expanding the scope of the construction project. You need to explain that repurposing existing Phase 1 LTDB boards for HL-LHC is part of M&O and not part of the HL-LHC construction project

p. 19 - say "By its natures, system integration has a number of external dependencies"

p. 24 - not sure you need this slide, since I cover it in my L2 talk

p. 26 - "Need to be started in early 2027"
  - typo "deliveriable"
