Description: Provide ATF users (or others who may request it) information regarding ATF operations which may impact experiments or scheduling. This includes such things as scheduled maintenance, power
outages and engineering changes. This list is primarily for those with currently active ATF experiments who need such information for short to
mid-term planning and not for the entire list of ATF users (which is already served by the list "atf-users") which may have no interest in these details.
